Elite follows a fair and transparent return policy designed to support our trade buyers. As a B2B supplier of plastic household products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions related to quality or delivery errors.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
- Products are damaged in transit
- Incorrect items are delivered compared to confirmed order
- Quality issue is identified upon delivery
Buyers must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof of the issue
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Situations
Returns cannot be requested for:
- Minor variations in product color or appearance
- Damage caused due to mishandling by buyer
- Used or partially sold inventory
- Delay in resale or stock movement by buyer
- Buyer remorse or last-minute order requirement changes
Actual products may vary slightly due to production improvements.
3️⃣ Resolution Method
Once the issue is verified, Elite may offer:
- Free replacement of defective goods
- Credit adjustment in next order
- Partial refund (in rare approved cases)
Decision depends on:
- Nature of the problem
- Order value
- Product condition after delivery
Final approval is at Elite’s discretion after full inspection.
4️⃣ Return Pickup / Logistics
If replacement is approved:
- Reverse pickup may be arranged only from original delivery location
- In some cases buyer may be asked to ship goods back
(cost will be discussed depending on case)
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging (if possible)
5️⃣ Order Cancellation
Confirmed and paid orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing/packing has started.
