Shipping & Delivery Policy

Elite is committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery of bulk plastic household products to our business buyers. This shipping & delivery policy explains how we manage logistics, dispatch, and transport-related responsibilities.


1️⃣ Shipping Eligibility

We ship products to:

  • Retailers, wholesalers & distributors
  • Trade exhibition participants
  • Importers within India (export upon request)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies as per product category.


2️⃣ Dispatch Timelines

Once an order is confirmed with the required advance payment:

  • Standard dispatch: 3–10 working days
  • Larger/custom orders: based on agreed timeline

All timelines are shared clearly in the order confirmation.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will be communicated before final approval, depending on:

  • Order volume & weight
  • Delivery location
  • Transport mode (courier, surface cargo, etc.)

Shipping charges may be:

  • Paid by buyer
  • Included in final invoice if mutually agreed

4️⃣ Delivery Responsibility & Tracking

Once dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared (if applicable)
  • Delivery handled by 3rd-party logistics partners

Elite is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Transport issues
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect delivery information shared by buyer

5️⃣ Packaging & Inspection

All goods are securely packed for safe transit.
Buyers must:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours with photo/video proof

No claim will be accepted after this period.


6️⃣ Delivery Address

The buyer must provide accurate and complete address details.
Re-deliveries or delays due to incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility.


7️⃣ Export Deliveries (If applicable)

For cross-border orders:

  • Customs clearance & compliance must be handled by the buyer unless mutually agreed
  • Freight, import duties & taxes are to be borne by the buyer
