1️⃣ Shipping Eligibility
We ship products to:
- Retailers, wholesalers & distributors
- Trade exhibition participants
- Importers within India (export upon request)
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies as per product category.
2️⃣ Dispatch Timelines
Once an order is confirmed with the required advance payment:
- Standard dispatch: 3–10 working days
- Larger/custom orders: based on agreed timeline
All timelines are shared clearly in the order confirmation.
3️⃣ Shipping Charges
Shipping costs will be communicated before final approval, depending on:
- Order volume & weight
- Delivery location
- Transport mode (courier, surface cargo, etc.)
Shipping charges may be:
- Paid by buyer
- Included in final invoice if mutually agreed
4️⃣ Delivery Responsibility & Tracking
Once dispatched:
- Tracking details will be shared (if applicable)
- Delivery handled by 3rd-party logistics partners
Elite is not liable for delays caused by:
- Transport issues
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect delivery information shared by buyer
5️⃣ Packaging & Inspection
All goods are securely packed for safe transit.
Buyers must:
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage within 48 hours with photo/video proof
No claim will be accepted after this period.
6️⃣ Delivery Address
The buyer must provide accurate and complete address details.
Re-deliveries or delays due to incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility.
7️⃣ Export Deliveries (If applicable)
For cross-border orders:
- Customs clearance & compliance must be handled by the buyer unless mutually agreed
- Freight, import duties & taxes are to be borne by the buyer
